My experience with Southern Quality Company was like the many reviews Id read about them. Competent, friendly, positive employees in all departments that walk you through every detail of your project, answering all your questions and reminding you of HOA requirements. My house suffered wind and hail storm damaged that blew off many shingles leaving wholes in the roof.
