Very happy with the service. The customer service team kept us informed of the status of the order and when the order was received. When the crew came out, I was surprised to find out that the vice president of the company, John was the one who was working on our home. He and one other gentleman were very professional. These men are craftsman who have been doing this for years. Cleaned everything up and were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for doors. John and Susan

Smallwood installation crew were great. All showed up on time for the install in spite of the bad weather. All members of the crew were courteous. The install was a bit of a tight one due to great measurements. The knowledge of the team were top notch. Smallwood provided an excellent product. Team did a great job with clean up. We love our new door and storm door.
