Highly recommend Sierra Pacific Windows. Product is excellent and customer service is top notch. Went with the H3 series of windows to replace old single pane wood windows and also replaced our entry door. Installed these in 2021. Had an issue with an opening window and reached out to Alex our salesperson who connected us with their service department and we were taken care of right away. Jason is an excellent service technician. He has resolved my window issues competently and finishes by vacuuming the area. Jason is also courteous and sends a text message prior to his arrival, which is within the designated time frame.
Cody from Sierra Pacific has come by to fix issues with my doors and windows, he has been very helpful and fixed all my issues. In particular, Cody went out of his way to find and fix other issues that would have caused me problems. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend asking for Cody when service is needed.
Jason Richards was extremely prompt, courteous and professional in repairing the locking mechanism on my door. I'm very appreciative for his quick resolution to the thorny issue of an exterior door that couldn't be locked. Thanks Jason.
