Quickly came out to give us quote for the damage we encountered after being hit by a tornado in June 2025. Very polite and courteous. I would recommend them highly.
We are extremely pleased with the entire solar installation process handled by Shinnova Home + Solar. Their team demonstrated great professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. Everything progressed seamlessly, culminating in our system going live as soon as the utility company provided their permission to operate. We've also been very impressed with their after-sales service; they were quick and helpful when we experienced a critter damage issue. Highly recommend their services!
I have just started the process, but I can tell you they have communicated very well with me. I’m very happy with what has been presented to me so far. I give them 5 stars for communication and explaining the process.

Getting started was great with this company. However, communication after is basically non-existent. I have left many voicemails with no return. It's been pretty frustrating. So the onboarding process great, but if you have any questions afterwards, don't count on getting a response.
I sent an email at about 1230 roughly around 4 hours after being emailed on Friday August 8th following 7days(5 business) days of asking for a phone call from a supervisor. All for a very basic simple question that has become more then an inconvenient irritation to an absolute joke of customer service. At this point no attempts have been made to contact me directly.
