I can’t say enough about Jordan from Rogers Roofing….he came out to my house on 3 different times to inspect my roof to determine if I needed a new one. Although my roof is 15 years old, Jordan said my ceiling damage wasn’t from the roof, he thought it was due to lack of ventilation in the crawl space above my new kitchen. We agreed to replace the fascia, soffits and gutters to the back of the house where my kitchen is…..so far, no more leaks!!! I had the best experience with Rodger's Roofing. I had to get my roof replaced without insurance. Mitch was above and beyond helpful and eased my stressed-out mind. I had another estimate, but it was questionable at best. With Mitch, he educated me on the roofing warranties, and made it clear up-front all of the extra costs. No surprises. From the initial roof inspection with Scott Zandstra to the followup visit with Jon the service and work was outstanding. Workers took care to protect windows, outdoor furniture and plants. All trash was removed and property was left in good condition. Would consider Rogers Roofing in future for other services. Highly recommended.
