It was a wonderful experience with the knowledgeable Grant and Chris. They came out and helped us address issues with our home and were able to provide solutions to best help our needs. We would highly recommended them to anyone wanting a customer first based experience. River Valley Remodelers really knocked this experience out of the park!
the installers did a great job on my deck. they cleaned up wonderfully afterwards. Dalton was very thorough when he initially came out as well. i would definitely have them do more work on my house. cant recommend them more!

Pricing was offensive! Mitch O. came to our house and proposed resurfacing our deck and replacing railings. His quote after "discounts" came in at $91K. River Valley was the first quote that I received and it seemed like they were trying to use high pressure sales tactics to quickly close a deal without comparison. His quote was unprofessional and just a single line written on a note pad after a long presentation and then an extended wait for him to "talk to his manager for discounts."
