River Valley Remodelers did a great job for me and I am thrilled with my replacement windows. The salesman, Brett, was knowledgeable and not high pressure. The installers, Justin, Oscar, Matt and Jack were efficient , respectful and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was in perfect shape before leaving. Am thrilled with my new windows and would highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again for additional projects.
Wonderful job. Workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. No mess was left behind. River Valley Remodelers will be my first call when our next project comes up. 🙂
Terrible experience with this company. 2 day window replacement job ended up being 7 days including callbacks. Large gaps around windows with cold drafts that actually moved the curtains. Discovered some windows had not even been insulated around with foam. They used different sized trim on 2 windows that are right next to each other. They left scratches on the outdoor metal and touched up with non-matching paint.
