It was a wonderful experience with the knowledgeable Grant and Chris. They came out and helped us address issues with our home and were able to provide solutions to best help our needs. We would highly recommended them to anyone wanting a customer first based experience. River Valley Remodelers really knocked this experience out of the park!
Wasted my time having an extensive conversation about replacement storm windows with someone on the phone. We seemed to be on the same page. Made an appt for someone to come give a quote, changed my schedule around, spent 10 minutes with the guy explaining things before I realized he thought I wanted to replace the entire window - then he tells me they don’t do just storms. Total waste of time, poor customer service and would not recommend.
