We were very happy with our visit from Don & Sam from River Valley Remodelers yesterday. They were very professional with their presentation & helpful in assisting us with our decisions about our project. Looking forward to our tub to walk-in shower completion.
I cannot recommend this company due to extreme delays and abysmal communication. After paying an $8,000 deposit for eleven windows, our installation has been delayed multiple times. Communication has been severely lacking, with last-minute notices, unreturned calls from management, and a failure to reach anyone at the office. When the crew was hours late, we were met with dismissive attitudes and no apology for the lack of professionalism. We regret hiring them.
