I needed my single pane wood windows re-caulked for the Second time in 62 years - and I did NOT want to remove and re putty over 100 panes of glass - AGAIN. Learn from our disaster and avoid Rite Window AT ALL COST. In 2017, we had them install new sliders and windows in our home. A couple years later, we discovered water leaking on most of them. I left a bad review on Facebook and the company followed up and paid new contractors to "fix" the problem. Now in 2025, we are discovering that one of the sliders was installed incorrectly and it has led to so much water damage that it has rotted our structural beam and created leaking on the floor below. Install was advertised for 24 hours and it took 3 days. Caulking is growing mold inside or underneath so it looks gross and can’t clean it. The shower door isn’t level so it won’t stay closed during showers and the shower head base isn’t even close to flush with the wall and we were told by the installer that it’s fine like that. Haven’t been able to voice my concerns to route because I never get a response. Very disappointed customer for 17,000$ I think we deserve better!!

We are happy to have 14 new windows that look good from the inside and outside. They are triple-glazed and will keep us warm this winter. There are a few small problems and we are not overly thrilled with the quality of the screens, but the speed and cleanliness of the team, as well as their friendliness were next level.

2nd time using this company. Had windows installed many years ago. No issues. This time we did a shower conversion. One day flat. Came out great. Walls weren't perfectly even so he made sure to make it work the best it could. Went above and beyond repairing some areas (baseboards) because of this. Not their fault. Customer service was great. Our salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and not pushy like other company was. Installers were great. Price was about where i thought it would be. Highly recommended.
