From the initial contact to the finished product I could not have been any happier with this company, their people and their work. Both appointments, for the sales call to the full day installation were on time, despite my house being over two hours from their location. The sales rep was extremely helpful and anything but pushy. Great experience! Luis Martinez was the Product Specialist who originally stopped by to discuss options. No pressure sales, very pleasant, informative, professional. Brian stopped over a few days later to take measurements. Once again efficient, personable, and professional. Quentin and Charlie were my installers for the day. They said that it would be up to 4 weeks to schedule the job. It took a little over 1 week. The installers worked hard and the job was done in about 6 hours. It looks fabulous!
The experience with this company was a happy one. Start to finish the ease and professionalism of the team put me at ease. The installation team were wonderful, very mindful of keeping things as clean and as less intrusion as possible. They actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing!
