I recently had the pleasure of working with Reece Window and Doors for the installation of two front French hurricane doors in my townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The product and the installation went well. However, their back office is unprofessional. The salesperson quoted me $9,000 to replace the front window to win my business. I paid them a $4500 deposit. The installer came a month later and did a great job installing the window. When he was done, he gave us an invoice for the remaining balance of $4500, which I gladly paid. Our installers showed up on time and were very professional. The three men worked together so efficiently and took care in keeping our home clean. Windows look fantastic! Most of the work done in one day; faster than anticipated. Nice follow up as well
Ashley from Reece windows came out to give us our free quote today. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the industry and her product. Reece seems to have a great product and is manufactured locally. We will definitely be using them when we are ready for our install!
Guy came knocking on door, gated community, fine it happens. Convinced me (politely) to schedule appt for next day. Next day I canceled- holiday time is crazy! I called and said I would call after the new year to make an appt. I actually really wanted new windows in 2025. No problem, they canceled. Within 48 hours, they called me 6 times AND texted twice.
