We are very pleased with this company and the work they have done on our home in Lakeland Fl!! We have had a lot of work done over the years and everyone from our sales guys that knocked on our door to schedule an appointment, to the office staff and there customer service, and I can t say enough about our crew that worked all day, and were very respectful and clean!! Biggest purchase regret. I spent $22k on new windows by Reece. It was a big investment and it hasn't saved me a single penny on my electricity bill. My electricity bill has actually gone up which is crazy. Reece came out to check the windows and they claim that they all work fine, but my electricity bill doesn't reflect that. I keep my house 78 degrees at all times. I wish i could get my money back and to never have purchased these windows.
So far definitely not satisfied. Signed the contract and paid the down payment on 4/9/25. Was told by our salesperson that it typically takes 6 weeks for the windows to come in. When we spoke to the office we were told it typically takes 8 weeks. It’s been 13 weeks and still no windows.
We love our windows, and the gentlemen who did the installation were fast, efficient, and did not leave a mess. The inspector told me that he used to install windows, and these are great windows, and were installed properly. We highly recommend Reece Windows!
Their door to door sales woke up my baby from her nap and cussed out my husband behind his back when leaving and spit on our house for saying no thanks for their services. Would you like the video my ring camera caught the whole thing!😊
