This company did a great job on replacing my damaged windows, after major hurricane Ian, with Hurricane Impact rated windows. Their team arrived precisely on scheduled time and did their job in a few hours. Initial installation went well however service support is not great. The trim plates were left in the window sills not installed, a window binds, and the window stops prevent the windows from opening. The first support call the tech put the trim plates in but didn't address the other two problems. The second appointment no one showed up and no called. The third time the techs didn't have the tools to fix the window binding and say the stops cannot be removed. The stops can be removed, google "can I remove window stops?" Al... read more
We had all our windows and sliders replaced. The installers did a great job. They were respectful and cleaned up every day. Our windows look amazing!
Our neighborhood is gated and very clearly says no solicitation. I do not appreciate someone banging on my door several times while I’m in a work meeting. I might be wrong, but I’m also pretty sure that door-to-door solicitation is not allowed in Coral Springs to begin with.
Reece has been a very great pleasure to work with price were competitive and quality of product is excellent. Delivery and installation was fast and professional. There was no issue with Milton or tornadoes and they block outside sounds very well. Craig has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Reece for window replacements.
