We had our front door and a few windows replaced by Reece. The salesman, Robbie, was excellent and knowledgeable , as well as Johnny. They were extremely helpful and professional. We are thrilled with our new front door and windows. The craftsmanship is excellent and they are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Reece Window and Doors for the installation of two front French hurricane doors in my townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. Firstly, Greg my sales rep was incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. I recently tried to schedule an appointment for a quote with a representative, but I was told that everyone living in the home must be present for the presentation. Even after explaining that not all parties could attend due to scheduling conflicts, they refused to proceed with the appointment. This reaction raises red flags about the company's integrity and the high-pressure sales tactics it employs. The product and the installation went well. However, their back office is unprofessional. The salesperson quoted me $9,000 to replace the front window to win my business. I paid them a $4500 deposit. The installer came a month later and did a great job installing the window. When he was done, he gave us an invoice for the remaining balance of $4500, which I gladly paid.
