QWD is a first rate company. The staff from product selection, estimate, showroom, measurement and installation were professional and highly competent. The installation crew paid attention to detail and went through great lengths to ensure our satisfaction. I love the new windows and I recommend them without reservation.
Not only do I love my Weathershield windows , especially on these frigid days and nights, but also I really appreciate the exceptional continuing customer service since installation. Quality Window & Door takes great care of their customers. On a huge project like window replacement, it comes down to the team that does the installation and their customer service that makes all the difference.
I highly recommend Quality Window & Door. They replaced 3 windows in an old brownstone. One of my stipulations was that the 2 flanking windows (~1 foot in width) be able to be opened like the original windows. I had obtained several quotes from other companies who said that the 2 flanking windows would have to be sealed and not have the ability to be opened.
