I highly recommend Quality Window and Door. Purchase process was smooth. My doors and installation are just what I wanted. Doors were custom size and installation (removal of transom) meant doing more than what’s typically done when replacing front doors. My front looks great thanks to QWD. People, processes and products top notch!
I have solid trust Quality Window & Door! Since they installed our La Cantina accordion doors from in our kitchen we have had in the past 7 years some need to make adjustments as the door began to jam during operation. Both times, it was a quick turnaround and fix - and a clear explanation of why, as well as fair cost to make the quality, technical adjustments. Quality Window and Door was good. I had a little trouble getting an initial call back (I had to call them multiple times) but once I heard back from the sales consultant - things were great. My sales person was Stan Collington and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The actual installation of my sliding glass door was great and the two gentlemen who handled the installation were terrific - super nice. The door looks absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled with our new windows and door! Excellent job from estimate to completion! The install team was fantastic and I loved that the lead installer was also present during the initial measurement phase. It took a few months for the windows to arrive so it was really nice to see a familiar face for the install and he knew exactly what to do! Highly recommend!!
Great company that backs their product. We built a new house and Quality Window & Doors was the subcontractor for our Weathershield windows and doors. Wayne and Noe came out to service a broken handle on our 16' Weathershield sliding door. We were technically beyond the warranty period but they repaired the handle for free. They also took the time to go around and adjust our other exterior doors to make sure they were well aligned now that the house had settled a bit.
