Communication is lacking and unacceptable with this provider. I had a time sensitive (HOA deadline) balcony work as well as some window replacements that needed to be done. In early March I was referred to Ralph at ProHome1 by a Pella window representative. I was contacted by Ralph. Ralph said he was going on a two week vacation the next day but that he would come out to my condo and take photos that day. Outstanding work installing my new windows and exterior trim. The workers kept things clean and even worked on a couple of rainy days. Ralph had originally provided the quote and unlike the four other places I received quotes from, Ralph was open about the costs and worked with me without complaint as I changed the window features more than once. The contract was very detailed and the company was very professional. Ralph continued to be my main contact throughout the job. I highly recommend Pro Home 1.
