Mike did a great job and is very thorough and attention to detail. He assessed the situation and suggested all possible reasons for the issue and acted promptly to fix the issue.
My furnace decided to shutdown in January on a 28 degree day I called Premier and Michael and his team were on site within 30 minutes, after he inspected it he noticed a small gas leak he immediately notified me and showed me the cracked valve and replaced it with further details he explained to me the heat exchanger was cracked. He and his team replaced it with a new furnace the cost was very competitive they were careful and clean. I definitely will use them again and RECOMMEND them.
