Everyone was fantastic from the sales person Bill to the installers through to Matt. A veteran myself, I prefer to do business with veteran owned companies if I can and Otterly is one such company. I was having a total knee replacement and they all worked really hard to make sure my new shower would be in place before my surgery. Love these guys and this company!

Matt Frame and his crew did an awesome job in a timely manner!! The house was left spotless, you wouldn't have thought soo much work could be done in such a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Otterly Baths to anyone planning a total remodel!!

My parents, Linda and Jim Schubert, love their new walk-in shower! The installers, Ira and Artie, were very professional and did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel. Amaya and Oliver who traveled the night before from Ohio were professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the project was completed same day and within budget. They communicated clearly throughout the process and kept the workspace clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

A great experience working with these guys from start to finish. The attention to detail they showed from the selection process to the installation was something that I appreciated.
