I am absolutely in love with my new master bathroom! Otterly Baths did a fantastic job from start to finish. The entire team was great—Matt was hilarious and stayed on top of every detail, the crew was professional and incredibly clean (they tidied up every single day!), and the office staff was phenomenal. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel. Amaya and Oliver who traveled the night before from Ohio were professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the project was completed same day and within budget. They communicated clearly throughout the process and kept the workspace clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.
Amaya and Oliver did a wonderful job on our master bath remodel and replacing our tub with a shower in another bathroom. They were both polite, considerate and communicated so well on each step of the work being done. I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Otterly.
