Kenny and Sebastian did an amazing job on our tub/shower replacement in the upstairs bathroom. I left some before, during, and after pics for reference. I still have more to finish in the bathroom and that was planned. The hard part of removing the tile, bulkhead, and cast iron tub was taken care of by the professionals and they were professional the whole way through. Explaining the process, asking us for input on placements - everything was top notch. Very happy with the end product.

I’m thrilled with my new shower from Otterly Baths, they have exceeded my expectations. The whole process went smoothly and everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and made me feel like they truly wanted me to have the best experience. Kenny and Sebastian handled the shower remodel and they did a fantastic job! I appreciate how courteous and careful they were. I’ve included a couple of before and after photos, my house was previously a rental so they had their work cut out for them!

I'm super impressed with Otterly Baths, from start to finish I was able to put together, for my dad's Ohio home, a much better, larger and safer shower. Zach was instrumental in getting the process started, and doing all the measurements and design consultation to give me a look that went well with the rest of the bathroom. I highly recommend Otterly Baths. I am very excited about my new shower and a new bath install. It took 4 days and they were efficient & clean up was awesome and they kept me informed from the beginning to the end. My installers were Kenny & Sebastian and they were such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Otterky Bath for a beautiful walk in shower remodel. Our sales rep was very professional and well knowledgeable. Our installers Amaya and Oliver were great! Friendly and answers all of our questions after the installation. They cleaned up after the installation and asked if we were pleased with everything. Pictures :before and after. We love our new shower.
