Thank you Otterky Bath for a beautiful walk in shower remodel. Our sales rep was very professional and well knowledgeable. Our installers Amaya and Oliver were great! Friendly and answers all of our questions after the installation. They cleaned up after the installation and asked if we were pleased with everything. Pictures :before and after. We love our new shower.
My husband recently had a stroke and we needed to install a walk in shower. Otterly Baths did a fantastic job installing our new shower! The install team, Wyatt and Clayton, did an awesome job with the install. They were respectful and responsive to our needs. They kept the work space clean and made sure it was safe for my husband to use the bathroom when needed. Otterly Baths did a fantastic job in replacing my old very small shower with a very spacious new shower. Jared Brumfield and Aaron Lynch did a fantastic job from tearing out my old shower,, including a wall, to installation of my new shower. They both did a great job of covering my carpeting and flooring from the outside door completely into the bathroom they were working in. We are super excited about the transformation. Oliver and Amaya worked very much in tune with each other. They were on time and finished the whole thing in just One day. They protected the floors and surrounding areas and cleaned all areas when finished. They were very polite and considerate of our needs. Excellent job on our new shower. Jared, Aaron and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and their craftsmanship is top notch. This install is going to last forever and, if for some reason it doesn’t, I’m convinced Otterly will stand up to their lifetime warranty. Bravo.
