Chance and Darian did a fantastic job bringing my 1970s bathroom into the 21st century. They were very professional doing everything down to the smallest detail and didn't leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had no more questions or issues. Its been 3 months since the work was completed and we have ZERO complaints. I had Otterly Baths replace my bathtub, shower walls, and fixtures. These new fixtures, tub and shower walls look amazing! The workmanship and attention to detail by Chance, Darian and Terry was impressive. The results are outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Communication was clear and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Otterly Baths to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom. They truly deliver quality work and professionalism.

Wonderful company, very friendly and accommodating, responsive and transparent. The entire process was a breeze! We had a wonderful experience with Bath Masters. It started with Brian who showed us all of the options that were available. They kept us updated on when the supplies were ordered and when our job would be scheduled. Derreck was amazing. He was very courteous. He made sure everything was cleaned and we were satisfied before he left. We would recommend them. Thank you so much!
