Chance and Darian did a fantastic job bringing my 1970s bathroom into the 21st century. They were very professional doing everything down to the smallest detail and didn't leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had no more questions or issues. I had Otterly Baths replace my bathtub, shower walls, and fixtures. These new fixtures, tub and shower walls look amazing! The workmanship and attention to detail by Chance, Darian and Terry was impressive. The results are outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Edit to review below…I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. After speaking with Jack (owner), he was very willing to have someone come out and redo any or all caulking. That was done, and it all looks good. I would recommend this company, as I believe they really care about and stand behind their work, and are willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
