Chance and Darian did a fantastic job bringing my 1970s bathroom into the 21st century. They were very professional doing everything down to the smallest detail and didn't leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had no more questions or issues. Its been 3 months since the work was completed and we have ZERO complaints. Wonderful company, very friendly and accommodating, responsive and transparent. The entire process was a breeze! Special thanks to our installer Jared H for an incredible job well done, he was so nice and professional. And an additional shoutout to Ryan for coming by and helping us out in a pinch! I am very pleased with the way our new bathroom looks. It is very bright and clean looking. Ben & Ben did a great job of installing everything, and Terry did a great job of plastering and painting it. He even did an extra run to Lowe's to make sure we got the globes for the lights that we wanted. Ben& Ben were very meticulous about every detail when installing the safety bars, shower head, and towel bar to make sure it was where we wanted it. I would recommend this crew to anyone. I had Otterly Baths replace my bathtub, shower walls, and fixtures. These new fixtures, tub and shower walls look amazing! The workmanship and attention to detail by Chance, Darian and Terry was impressive. The results are outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project.
