Chance and Darian did a fantastic job bringing my 1970s bathroom into the 21st century. They were very professional doing everything down to the smallest detail and didn't leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had no more questions or issues. We just had a wonderful meeting to get a price quote from Otterly Bath. The salesman Blake showed up on time, presented the products and explained in great detail the work to be done for our bathroom tub remodel. Our experience could not have been better. From the start Blake came to our house and was patient while working with us through choosing what we needed for our shower install, colors, fixtures, and differences in materials. They kept in contact during the whole process from ordering materials right through installation. Installers were prompt, polite, and clean and my wife felt comfortable. Would recommend to anybody.
I am very pleased with the way our new bathroom looks. It is very bright and clean looking. Ben & Ben did a great job of installing everything, and Terry did a great job of plastering and painting it. He even did an extra run to Lowe's to make sure we got the globes for the lights that we wanted.
