I contacted Otterly for an estimate on a tub to shower conversion because they are a local family owned company with great reviews. Everyone I talked to and met were amazing and comfortable to work with without pressure. My house is 75 years old so the design and install was a challenging but they resolved all the issues I was concerned about and the result is flawless.
