Wyatt and Clinton did a great job with tear out and clean up. They get a 5 star rating from us! The shower installation was seamless and allowed for customization for many of the different options. Wyatt made sure everything was in the right place for us and at the level it needed to be. They worked with the VA to help my disabled veteran get a shower that was accessible for him. We are extremely satisfied with our bathroom remodels. We had a bathtub converted into a walk-in shower and another bathtub upgraded. From the representative to the customer support, to the installers, all were courteous, helpful, and very patient in addressing our inquiries. We had a great experience remodeling our 2 showers. The estimator was very nice and Wyatt and Clayton (installers) were very professional- they laid tarps down, weren’t loud or rude, and installed everything nicely. Everything looks great! Communication with the company was good- they sent update emails and calls throughout the process. I don’t like the framing they put around the window- we weren’t given the option for it to just be a plain, no design look.
