NG Windows raises the bar in the Building Industry! From the Sales manager, Kane to the Project Manager, Jimmy, and the Installation Crew Leader, Gabriel, were all proficient, courteous and friendly while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Our experience from beginning to end was great. Our salesman Steve explained everything. Though our doors were more expensive than we were expecting, now that they are installed we see how it’s worth the price. Thank you to Steve and all the installers! We appreciate everything you did for us!
Look for a GRADE A+++Number 1 Team and you will see project manager, Alex, and his installers. If you had not seen their presence at my home, you would never know they were here. Upon their arrival, each team member had a responsibility, knew exactly what to do and the required skill set. This is the second project we’ve done with NG Windows and we can’t say enough about the quality of their products and customer service. From ordering to installation, they are A+!
We had multiple door companies come out to our home for an evaluation and to provide us an estimate to update and replace the old front wooden door to our home. We had a vision that none of them could understand much less execute. Meeting with NG windows was an entirely different experience. There was never any question- on our second and last group of windows we went back to NG Windows and of course they did a professional job. 5 stars for quality and timeliness. One little screw cap was missing- an oversight and they were out within 24 hours to put it on and gave us an extra one just in case. And there windows are fabulous - FYI: we got the casement windows.
Lower prices would gain more customers. NG Windows was (by far) the most expensive quote we received.
