We replaced the windows and most of the doors in our house a couple years ago. The house is so much more comfortable without the drafts. We finally bit the bullet last fall and ordered a custom door for the entryway - replaced door, sidelights, and transom with double doors. The door took a while to arrive, but it really gives the house a wow factor!
They were prompt, professional and responsive. They performed all work asked.

NG Windows is the best! They replaced all my windows and doors in two phases. I love my windows. And NGW's customer service is the best! I was cleaning windows and had two where one of the clutches had got out of alignment. I watched a video on how to fix this but didn't feel comfortable making the repair. I called NGW and spoke with Jimmy who said he would be out the next morning to fix them. NGR Windows did an excellent job replacing my old single-pane windows with new Marvin Infinity windows. They told me to expect energy savings but what I got was a lot more. The house is far more insulated and sound-proofed now. I can barely hear my neighbor mowing his lawn or those early morning birds who used to wake me at the crack of dawn each day. After my first full month with my new Marvin windows, I was able to reduce my cooling usage by 25 hours! I couldn't be happier.
