Our experience from beginning to end was great. Our salesman Steve explained everything. Though our doors were more expensive than we were expecting, now that they are installed we see how it’s worth the price. Thank you to Steve and all the installers! We appreciate everything you did for us!
Look for a GRADE A+++Number 1 Team and you will see project manager, Alex, and his installers. If you had not seen their presence at my home, you would never know they were here. We had multiple door companies come out to our home for an evaluation and to provide us an estimate to update and replace the old front wooden door to our home. There was never any question- on our second and last group of windows we went back to NG Windows and of course they did a professional job. 5 stars for quality and timeliness. One little screw cap was missing- an oversight and they were out within 24 hours to put it on and gave us an extra one just in case. And there windows are fabulous - FYI: we got the casement windows.
We had 44 windows replaced Jan 6 & 7th. The crew did a great job and left the site exceptionally clean both days. They were very respectful of our home and the infinity windows look great!! We were so impressed that we scheduled another meeting to get the rest of our windows replaced as well as 4 exterior doors. Highly recommend NG Windows.
We ordered a couple sets of large, sliding doors and a set of French doors as part of a remodel. Doors are beautiful. We had to have a couple adjustments made after the original install, and the service team has been prompt and responsive.
We purchased/replaced about 19 windows and it was a massive undertaking, but NG Windows were timely, responsive and professional during the entire day long process. We love our new windows and our neighbors love them too.
