They say it doesn't matter where you start but where you end and despite some minor backs I'm beyond pleased the kitchen I got. My cabinets, backsplash and counter tops look incredible and are of great quality. I look forward to using Morgan again, you get a great product at a fair price and at the end of the day that's what matters! My house was damaged by Helena. I was dealing with contractors not showing up, unreliable people doing work in my house. I was losing my patience. I called Morgan Kitchens. They were incredible. The representative-designer came out and showed up right down to the very minute he said he would be here. His presentation was incredible. The workers were fantastic. Skilled crew. Heather came to my house and measured all of the kitchen countertops and cabinets, doing a very thorough, professional, and friendly job. She answered my zillions of questions and worked with me and the budget to game our kitchen a reality. The most helpful part was providing AI color schemes for the countertops and cabinet with a photo from our actual kitchen.
We redid all our kitchen cabinetry and countertops with Morgan Kitchens this past summer and everyone we interacted with was very nice and professional. They gave us exactly what we wanted and worked with us on timelines along the way. Customer service follow-up was wonderful as well - we even received a jar of cookies and a thank you for being a customer. Definitely recommend!
