We found Heather poised and professional. We originally thought we just wanted refaced cabinet doors, but Heather walked us through the options and helped us realize we really needed new cabinets. They say it doesn't matter where you start but where you end and despite some minor backs I'm beyond pleased the kitchen I got. My cabinets, backsplash and counter tops look incredible and are of great quality. I look forward to using Morgan again, you get a great product at a fair price and at the end of the day that's what matters! My house was damaged by Helena. I was dealing with contractors not showing up, unreliable people doing work in my house. I was losing my patience. I called Morgan Kitchens. They were incredible. The representative-designer came out and showed up right down to the very minute he said he would be here. His presentation was incredible. The workers were fantastic. Skilled crew. Wish we could give Morgan Kitchens a six star review! The free home visit by Max was more like a design consultation. We've been shopping around for a new kitchen for a couple of years but Morgan and Max brought us over the goal line. This family run business has been around for over 30 years and have the design and pricing down to a science and they made it very easy for us. We redid all our kitchen cabinetry and countertops with Morgan Kitchens this past summer and everyone we interacted with was very nice and professional. They gave us exactly what we wanted and worked with us on timelines along the way. Customer service follow-up was wonderful as well - we even received a jar of cookies and a thank you for being a customer. Definitely recommend!
