Worst company ever! Had doors installed in May and they weren’t installed properly. Failed inspection. Took 2 months to get them back out to fix my doors. Still have yet to finish the inspection process because we weren’t given the specs for the doors. Anyone associated with Morgan Exteriors is incompetent and rude. We have to call to get them to do their job. When they have shown up at my house, it’s been unannounced. The “managers” claim it’s all my fault and they’ll do nothing to fix it. We were very interested in getting our windows (11) replaced, so we scheduled an estimate appointment. Heather was the sales person who arrived at our designated time. She presented very pleasant and professional. She was really knowledgeable about their product and spent the necessary time with me and my husband explaining in details the products and making sure we understood and answered all our questions. Our windows looked as if they were the same ones that were installed back in 1986 when the home was originally built, that is until Rickie and Rochelle showed up this morning. They showed up to my home on time and were ready to rock, the first window of six was out within the first 20mins! They are absolutely awesome people, very efficient, and very good to work with and they do an amazing job. My wife and I couldn't have asked for better installers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORGAN EXTERIORS OF JAX UPDATE 10/12/23 - So far, the installation process has been just as problematic as all other interactions with this company, if not more. The day the install was scheduled to start, I received a call stating the scheduled crew had an emergency so they would send a different crew later that morning and I agreed. This company is the absolute worst. I had doors installed in May. The installers were sloppy at installing my doors, left trash everywhere, and then forced me to give them a 5-star review. At the initial inspection with the county, my doors failed inspection. It took 2 months to get the installers back out to “fix” my doors. The office staff didn’t contact me to schedule the installers to come back, so they just showed up one day and thankfully I was home. I have yet to have the final inspection completed.
