The crew arrived on time and worked continually all day. They explained what they had to do, like having to remove my shutters but they would reinstall them. Which they did. Kristina our sales rep came out to our home and gave us a demonstration and explained the installation process and educated us on the windows we needed. She was so kind, friendly and informative! We were sold, we needed our windows replaced badly. The price of our new windows is a lot higher than we expected but we hope they will be worth the money!
