Siding project: I initially didn’t want to put in a review but being that no response back to repair/complete what was damaged, I needed to. If I could give Morgan Exteriors no stars I would. This has been a bad experience and a mistake. First, the installers put multiple holes in my utility and spare rooms. Fortunately, they missed many water pipes in the washing machine room and electrical outlets. The installers used too long of a bit. We had our wonderful new windows installed 7 years ago. One of the seals failed on a front facing upper, decorative half-moon window. Moisture clouded the entire window. I called Morgan Exteriors at the end of September. They checked our record and immediately acknowledged our lifetime warranty. The window was special order - not a stock item, so it took some time for our order to arrive. Installation happened on January 2nd, after the holidays per our request. Excellent experience. Initially made a phone call to get a quote and did not have a great start with their reception team. However, this was met with a follow up phone call. We then scheduled a quote and had a great experience with our sales rep. They had a longer lead time than some of the other places we received quotes from, but we weren’t in any hurry, so this wasn’t an issue. Morgan just completed our window and siding project so I wanted to make sure to write a review on our experience. Sales - the salesman was nice but the process seemed like a used car sales tactic. You know, the one where the price starts high and you decline and the manager gets called in to be the hero and drop a special incentive just for you. 15 windows and front door, all impact rated, efficiently and properly installed over 2.5 days. Good clean up each day. Three man crew, the foreman and another older man, I could tell had a lot of experience and worked hard. A younger man, learning the trade, listened, followed directions, asked occasion questions, worked hard, and non-stop. That was good to see.
