Morgan just completed our window and siding project so I wanted to make sure to write a review on our experience. Sales - the salesman was nice but the process seemed like a used car sales tactic. You know, the one where the price starts high and you decline and the manager gets called in to be the hero and drop a special incentive just for you. 15 windows and front door, all impact rated, efficiently and properly installed over 2.5 days. Good clean up each day. Three man crew, the foreman and another older man, I could tell had a lot of experience and worked hard. A younger man, learning the trade, listened, followed directions, asked occasion questions, worked hard, and non-stop. That was good to see. Morgan exteriors installed 21 windows and a new front door with impact resistance and energy star rated windows. Excellent product. They came with a full crew to complete the job in a couple of days. Love, love, love the windows in the new front door. Sandy was there for me whenever I had a question or concern. She was very responsive and accommodating, which I don’t see very often in a company of this size. That, I really appreciate it. From beginning to end Morgan Exteriors of Orlando was excellent! When our building inspector came out after the installation, he said they did a good job. They took the worry about replacing the windows away. The crew they sent out did a fabulous job! Thank you so much to Morgan Exteriors of Orlando!
