We just googled and were fortunate to see this company. The salesman, Nicole, Cassandra were very helpful. We had 13 windows, a door and siding installed. The workmanship was outstanding. We have recieved many complements on our home. Duke did the siding. He is excellent at his trade. Thank you all.
From the sales rep, administration office to the installers of windows, stucco men and painters to the very last piece of trash being taken away….. it was the most through and professional experience. Nice to see. More projects to come I’m sure.
Overall our experience with Morgan Exteriors was very positive. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get vinyl siding. We had an unusual problem, that being we could not afford to replace all the siding. We decided to have the worst sides of our home fixed. All the other companies that gave us estimates were not interested in doing just half our house. Morgan was willing to work with us on the price and the scope of the project. Morgan exteriors replaced my windows with hurricane impact double hung windows & also a beautiful front door! The entire experience was fantastic. Every representative from sales, office staff, measuring & installation teams were amazing! So talented & conscientious. I even had a special touch pad door handle to install & they handled it perfectly. Very happy with the experience. Even the inspectors admired the window quality & asked what company did the job because he’s been looking for something & he loved them too!
Premium price for below average work. Morgan Exteriors uses cheap labor- people who are more concerned with doing the job fast than doing it right. The siding looks nice but the trim and finish work was awful. Lumpy and smeared caulking, miters that weren't uniform, and lots of very dirty spots left on the house from the work. Our biggest complaint is they damaged our personal property and refused to make it right.
