Premium price for below average work. Morgan Exteriors uses cheap labor- people who are more concerned with doing the job fast than doing it right. The siding looks nice but the trim and finish work was awful. Lumpy and smeared caulking, miters that weren't uniform, and lots of very dirty spots left on the house from the work. Overall our experience with Morgan Exteriors was very positive. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get vinyl siding. We had an unusual problem, that being we could not afford to replace all the siding. We decided to have the worst sides of our home fixed. Morgan exteriors replaced my windows with hurricane impact double hung windows & also a beautiful front door! The entire experience was fantastic. Every representative from sales, office staff, measuring & installation teams were amazing! So talented & conscientious. I even had a special touch pad door handle to install & they handled it perfectly. Very happy with the experience. Even the inspectors admired the window quality & asked what company did the job because he’s been looking for something & he loved them too!
Stay away. We contracted Morgan to do our kitchen cabinets and countertops. Spent half an hour deciding what we wanted for the countertop; Everest Quartz level 10. Morgan didn't ask us to confirm the actual slab they just chose it. First picture is Everest Quartz level 10. Second picture is what showed up. There has been absolutely no communication from them. They don't even seem to wanna get this sorted out. They're acting like it's common for them to choose the actual slab.
