The initial presentation and meeting for estimate went very smoothly and was very much enjoyable. The representative that came was a woman, which was a very comforting and smooth interaction as I welcomed a stranger into my home to talk to me about my roof. Amazing company very professional and a completely great crew. I was having other major work done to my house and they really worked with me to give me a great price. The workmanship and warranty are amazing. The pictures can show the quality better than I can say in words. I would recommend that anyone needing a roof gives them a call. I am truly greatful and satisfied with the project.

Juan and the Jireh Crew from Modern Exteriors were amazing! They worked tirelessly through 90+ degree heat! While they worked quickly to complete the entire job in just one day (I still can’t believe they were able to do it!) they clearly did high quality work! The roof is beautiful! They took great care during the demo to protect the house and landscaping, and the cleanup afterwards was flawless! Juan and the guys get my highest possible recommendation!

We utilized the company, Modern Exteriors, to place a new roof on our house. Initially we had planned to have the work done in February, however Charlie, from the company called to see if we were able to move up the date. We agreed. The roof was completed on 1/31/26. There was a mold issue that Charlie discussed with us and he agreed to do a shock treatment in the attic when he came to do the final inspection. EXCELLENT JOB ! We are thrilled with our beautiful new Roof & more importantly, our ventilation improvement, which you can't see! No more leaks or MOLD! The sales team was knowledgeable, professional & friendly! The Roof was completed in 1 day! The roofers were respectful our our property. They put tarps over the house & landscape for protection. The clean up was exceptional, they used a metal sweep to find any loose nails!! You would never know we had work done , it was so clean.
