Our experience with Zack from start to finish on our Roof replacement project was amazing. Zach contacted us and informed us that he was our project manager. I liked the salesman who came to my house and did a roof inspection. already knew I needed a new roof badly, but I had not gotten around to doing anything about it yet. The salesman knows his product well. I was quoted a 50 year roof with a 100 year warranty (I think?), transferrable to a new home owner if the house is sold within 25 years, which I think is pretty cool. The roof looks beautiful. Zach did a great job keeping me up to date on progress and the roofing crew was phenomenal. The roof is steep and there were some really long days under intense sun. I was so impressed and feel fortunate to have the peace of mind that I should never need another roof!
December 2025 we signed to get our roof replaced and the sales rep told of a $1,000 rebate for orders in December. Long story short, our installation got moved to March, and not by our doing... Their doing. I asked the project manager and rep about the rebate after installation and they gave me the runaround claiming they didn't know anything about it. I contacted Modern Exteriors to evaluate a roof leak not realizing this is the company who did door knocking in June that i had a bad experience with. Tyler, the representative who came to my home, was professional, thorough, and respectful. He walked me through the inspection, showed me photos, answered my questions, and made what appeared to be a well-researched recommendation for a roof replacement NOT THE REPAIR I called about.
