The initial presentation and meeting for estimate went very smoothly and was very much enjoyable. The representative that came was a woman, which was a very comforting and smooth interaction as I welcomed a stranger into my home to talk to me about my roof. Amazing company very professional and a completely great crew. I was having other major work done to my house and they really worked with me to give me a great price. The workmanship and warranty are amazing. The pictures can show the quality better than I can say in words. I would recommend that anyone needing a roof gives them a call. I am truly greatful and satisfied with the project.
Juan and the Jireh Crew from Modern Exteriors were amazing! They worked tirelessly through 90+ degree heat! While they worked quickly to complete the entire job in just one day (I still can’t believe they were able to do it!) they clearly did high quality work! The roof is beautiful! They took great care during the demo to protect the house and landscaping, and the cleanup afterwards was flawless! Juan and the guys get my highest possible recommendation!
Once I placed the order on a Friday for new roof they immediately got to work and was able to do the work that following Monday and got completely done Tuesday. It rained on Monday or they would have completed it then. The workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning g up afterwards. I did a walkthrough with them and was satisfied. Great company to deal with and do recommend.
I had left a good review for Modern Exteriors. However, I have had to change my opinion. When I went in my attic, it was full of debris from the job. The company had not warned me to cover the attic contents with tarps. I wish I had been made aware by them for the need for such. Secondly, they placed a dumpster in my driveway for their exterior debris.
