my Family has had several projects completed and all were excellent
We had two bathrooms remodeled. The first was a conversion tub to shower for seniors, toilet, floors. No 2 bathroom was an updates to bath, toilet, floors. The two men were professional, cleaned up after every day. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. I recommend them. They did a great job.
My experience with Luxury Bath Mobility Remodelers was extremely disappointing. The salesman was unprofessional and predatory, taking advantage of my elderly mother during a shower installation quote process. He used high-pressure tactics, repeatedly pushing to visit our home, which felt manipulative and unsettling. We requested detailed cost breakdowns multiple times, but received only vague paperwork, making it impossible to trust their pricing or services.
