Really great to work with - sales staff walked us through options and gave great suggestions. They showed us a video of the installation process and what to expect. The installation was just as easy - and ahead of schedule. I think typical install was 6 weeks after purchase and they got to our job in 4 weeks. The installer was professional and very friendly. An awesome job by Logan. I am extremely happy with everything about it!! The fit, the finish, and the communication from Logan. Ran into a small snag with a cracked pan from the factory, but he let me know right what happened, got the new piece and still had everything done in a day and a half. From the sales call with Denny to the finished project was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Midwest Bath

Had a tub to walkin shower done. Excellent experience from visit of sales rep Tony, very thorough, knowledgeable of product, easy to work with, not pushy! Installation done by Logan same day, superb work, clean, friendly courteous demeanor. Great job by scheduler Mike who worked us in very early due to cancelation. Price was also reasonable and best of other companies looked at.
