Really great to work with - sales staff walked us through options and gave great suggestions. They showed us a video of the installation process and what to expect. The installation was just as easy - and ahead of schedule. I think typical install was 6 weeks after purchase and they got to our job in 4 weeks. The installer was professional and very friendly. An awesome job by Logan. I am extremely happy with everything about it!! The fit, the finish, and the communication from Logan. Ran into a small snag with a cracked pan from the factory, but he let me know right what happened, got the new piece and still had everything done in a day and a half. From the sales call with Denny to the finished project was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Midwest Bath
Denny was very informative and helped us make our visions come true. Logan did an amazing job installing both bathrooms. Couldn't have had a better experience!! Absolutely love the results!!
It was a great experience with our sales representative. He wasn’t pushy. He answered any and all questions we had. He even came over in his day off to help us finish up paperwork. Looking forward to our new walk-in shower.
We met with a sales person and decided that we would go with a shower remodel. Although later about 4 hours after they left, I sent them an email saying that we decided against it since we were not planning on staying in this home for more than 5-7 more years. We were told that we'd have 3 days to cancel. We'll the next day our credit card was charged a very large amount. Have called the sales person and emailed the sales person multiple times.
