Midwest bath did a great job! From the salesman to the installer everyone was super accommodating with any questions I had. The install and cleanup was done super quick and seamless with no interruption to my normal routine!
Jordan was absolutely wonderful to work with! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful—addressing every one of our concerns with great solutions delivered with both expertise and a great sense of humor. Rod Pond, sales, and Brandon, installation, were a professional pair to work with on our shower. Rod took time explaining options for our shower replacement. He did not pressure us for a fast decision. Brandon had a very hard demo job. He was always respectful and cleaned up each day. He was very precise with all his measurements. As an employer for 38 years, we know a good employee and Brandon is top notch. He deserves a raise.
Holy cow! Couldn't be happier. Two of the nicest young men crossed the State of Iowa, in a snow storm, to do our install. Took out our garden tub and installed a walk-in shower. They also took out a small shower in the same bathroom and prepped it so we can have a storage closet in the bathroom. They did a beautiful job. They were courteous, kind with a great sense of humor.
I appreciate the time of Midwest Bath to build a walk in shower with my needs. Everything from picking out the materials, organizing financing, the construction & final product went along without any problems. I highly recommend this company.
