We were thrilled to have Midwest Bath be the company that remodeled our shower. From our salesperson Shawn to our installer Chris, they were very courteous, respectful and thorough from start to finish. Although there were hiccups in our installation process, Chris went step by step telling us every detail he needed to do. He created a shower wall with utmost precision. Chris not only stands by his work, he's not afraid to stand on it!!
Holy cow! Couldn't be happier. Two of the nicest young men crossed the State of Iowa, in a snow storm, to do our install. Took out our garden tub and installed a walk-in shower. They also took out a small shower in the same bathroom and prepped it so we can have a storage closet in the bathroom. They did a beautiful job. They were courteous, kind with a great sense of humor.
Christian built out our walk-in shower replacement beautifully. We have an old house built in 1927. The construction is sound, but the old walk-in shower, converted from a tub sometime before we bought the house, was problematic. It was filled with challenges to make the installation come out just as we wanted. Christian met each challenge with creativity and determination. A marvelous result.
We absolutely love our new shower. We could not be more thrilled. Midwest Bath did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!!
We really like our new shower! Our installer did a great job, nearly all of it working alone. He encountered some problems with our old drain and was able to resolve them. Just one thing I would change -- some advance warning of what is needed (driveway cleared for a trailer, work area for cutting material) would have been helpful. I also asked about clearing stuff off the bathroom counter and clearing the closet out and was told I didn't need to, but afterwards everything was covered in white dust from the demolition ph... read more
