Master Craftsmen were exceptional from start to finish. I needed to coordinate a window replacement for my parents (who are aging) in Las Vegas while I was in Montreal, and the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely reassuring. Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. We had several bids for windows and sliding doors from different companies. Immediately, we found that the professionalism of this company was top notch. In comparison to the others….well, you really couldn’t compare. It was apples to oranges, meaning that this was great and the others not.
