My wife Nancy and I recently had 17 windows and a patio door installed by Mainstream Home Improvement, featuring beautiful Infinity from Marvin Windows , we could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Marci and Maggie in the office were incredibly helpful throughout the entire project. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. Spencer, the owner, was outs... read more
We had windows on our home fitted by Mainstream Home Improvement. Spencer (the owner) came out for the consultation & made all so easy, plus he was genuinely such a nice guy. Installation went smoothly & the crew also took the time to clean up any mess after, with not so much as a chip to our interior window frame or paintwork at all. They were very respectful of our property. Honestly..it was perfection, couldn't have gone any better! The best company we have ever worked with regarding improvements to our home. Removal of old windows and installation of new replacement windows was super fast and finish work excellent. Used drop cloths and very mindful of keeping everything clean in the work areas. Clean up inside and out was thorough. Installers were friendly and did great work! Absolutely love our new windows!
Mainstream Home Improvement did an excellent job installing our vinyl windows. Appreciated the sales and office staff walking us through the process. Installers were detailed and efficient! Also liked the professionalism from everyone. We are planning to use them for future projects.

Although we picked out some, we changed our minds on Sunday and called him to ask if we could meet again to price out a different type. He was very understanding and Monday morning he was calling us and we set up another appointment for today. He was very understanding and explained things very well to us. I will admit we had to keep asking more questions as... read more
