EZ was very thorough with my roof assessment taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His walkthrough provided the attention to detail I expected. The level of service has been awesome.
Overall: The quality of installation was not worth the cost. Do not recommend. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they did come out to improve the work after I complained, but I will share my complaints below. Pros: The sales and service teams are easy to contact and work with, as you can clearly see all reviews are about the sales team. The project was completed weeks sooner than expected. Was greeted at the door by Landon and Dion. Two very nice gentlemen who were very kind, weren’t pushy and offered services that I could schedule. These aren’t the type of solicitors who try to trap you on the front porch. Landon put me on the phone with Tyler who scheduled me for a free estimate to get my windows replaced. Blake was prompt to our appointment (in fact he was a little early). He asked me what was important to me in energy efficient replacement windows and installation. What concerns did I have? I said I wanted a quality product, for a fair price with someone who took care with my home during installation. He answered all of my questions followed by a product presentation.
