Overall: The quality of installation was not worth the cost. Do not recommend. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they did come out to improve the work after I complained, but I will share my complaints below. Pros: The sales and service teams are easy to contact and work with, as you can clearly see all reviews are about the sales team. The project was completed weeks sooner than expected. Blake was prompt to our appointment (in fact he was a little early). He asked me what was important to me in energy efficient replacement windows and installation. What concerns did I have? I said I wanted a quality product, for a fair price with someone who took care with my home during installation. He answered all of my questions followed by a product presentation. Today I was given the opportunity to speak with an employee from legacy Home remodeling. I had a great experience with the window company representative who came out to give an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Emiziah took the time to explain the different window options and answered all of my questions clearly. The estimate process was thorough and straightforward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely consider moving forward with this company.
