Blake was prompt to our appointment (in fact he was a little early). He asked me what was important to me in energy efficient replacement windows and installation. What concerns did I have? I said I wanted a quality product, for a fair price with someone who took care with my home during installation. He answered all of my questions followed by a product presentation. I had a great experience with the window company representative who came out to give an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Emiziah took the time to explain the different window options and answered all of my questions clearly. The estimate process was thorough and straightforward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely consider moving forward with this company.

It was refreshing talking with EZ. He did not blow smoke or put down other companies. He talked about his windows and the advantages of dealing with Legacy. He was confident in his product and did not rely on high pressure salesmanship. The windows came in a timely manner and the installation was smooth. The installers were very professional and kept a clean jobsite. This is definitely an excellent company to do business with.

Legacy replaced my rain gutters in a timely manner. The Legacy technicians were mannerful and highly professional. The weather held back the completion, but when rescheduled, the technicians showed up on time. I'd also note that Blake, at Legacy, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Blake is an excellent communicator, highly appreciated. I would recommend Legacy for any and all work needed in my home !
