EZ was very thorough with my roof assessment taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His walkthrough provided the attention to detail I expected. The level of service has been awesome.
Overall: The quality of installation was not worth the cost. Do not recommend. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they did come out to improve the work after I complained, but I will share my complaints below. Pros: The sales and service teams are easy to contact and work with, as you can clearly see all reviews are about the sales team. The project was completed weeks sooner than expected. Chris Jones came to our door Thursday afternoon promoting new windows and promised a free estimate. He called his home office & I talked to Walker & he said he could be at our house Friday at 6:00pm. He arrived on time, measured 35 windows, gave us a price which I accepted. They will be back Tuesday to do a precision measurement and I should have new windows in four or five weeks.Both were very professional.
We had requested Legacy to come out and give us some estimates for potential siding/roof/windows and we had a fabulous experience with Abdul. He really took the time to explain the products that they offered and explain some other helpful tips for our house. He really went into detail regarding the windows and everything involved with it.
