November 25th Update: They completed the window install today and will be back soon to finish up the drywall. They did a great job with the install! It looks better than we expected. October: We met with Riley today to discuss adding a new window to our bedroom. We're very pleased with how quickly they came out to provide the estimate and the communication overall has been excellent. We look forward to moving forward with the project and I'll update the review once it's complete.

My experience has been great! I called in from an ad that I saw on Facebook. Within minutes I received a call from the company confirming my interest. The young lady that called was very nice and polite as I explained my concern. She advised me that she had a representative that could come out to speak with me in an hour or two. We had Legacy come out to give us a window quote. Paul was great, and we did ultimately decide to go with Legacy despite a few other quotes because they had the best pricing and financing. We also did not like the reps of a couple other companies we got quotes from, which makes a big difference; Paul made us feel comfortable and the owner was reasonable. Windows have not yet arrived but I will update this after install :)

Unfortunately I cannot post the five star review that we were expecting to when we signed a deal with Legacy. Our expectation was a five star siding job, done mostly right the first time, issues seen and corrected by our job supervisor, adequate communication, and accountability. Our experience with Legacy Home Remodeling was less than positive. Had a great experience with Legacy. After getting 5 quotes I narrowed it down to 2. What I found with Legacy was the quality and service they had to offer exceeded expectations from the other companies. I had a great experience with Riley, the representative. She was very detailed, explained all our options, and made sure that we were presented with what was best for our home. I highly recommend contacting legacy for any home improvement. We were very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the product and service.
