My experience has been great! I called in from an ad that I saw on Facebook. Within minutes I received a call from the company confirming my interest. The young lady that called was very nice and polite as I explained my concern. She advised me that she had a representative that could come out to speak with me in an hour or two. Unfortunately I cannot post the five star review that we were expecting to when we signed a deal with Legacy. Our expectation was a five star siding job, done mostly right the first time, issues seen and corrected by our job supervisor, adequate communication, and accountability. Our experience with Legacy Home Remodeling was less than positive. Beautiful Windows, But Horrible Service I’m giving Legacy Home Remodeling 1 star—and the only reason they’re getting that is because my black, energy-efficient crank windows look absolutely amazing. I genuinely love how they turned out. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience was frustrating and stressful from start to finish. I’m in desperate need of new front and back doors; luckily I came into contact with Legacy Home Remodeling when I had a very nice young man stop by my house and introduced me to this company. I was then connected with Paul who came over and was wonderful! He was amazing! He talked me through all my options and bared with me as I asked multiple questions and had him alter my options multiple times to meet my needs and wants. The whole process was smooth and I can’t wait to get the new doors!

As I sit here writing this I am still stunned by what just occured. The woman who showed up, Nina, looked very professional and seemed knowledgeable. She mentioned discounts if we agreed to sign tonight and agreed to allow photos and a sign in the yard.. My wife and I do not make decisions like that, we asked for 24 hours to do due diligence and consider the funds. She became argumentative, asked why i had her come out if we were not serious.
