The service is very thorough and they are responsive to special requests. I love the way they "suck up" the leaves in a machine as I have many oak trees in my yard and the Fall season is an absolute deluge of leaves. I love this service!

I am rating LawnSouth 4 stars ONLY because of our current manager, Jackson Martinez. He is GREAT. BEFORE HE CAME, we were dissatisfied with LawnSouth, who acquired our old provider — didn’t do the minimal work we requested (and were paying for) didn’t plant our spring flowers until mid June (despite promising them in April and billing us weeks before they were planted), and managed to turf our entire lawn by mowing it when wet. Used to be a good company. This year was all about bad quality service, terrible customer care, terrible communications, etc. Do yourself a favor and have someone else to take care of your lawn.

Well, it seems Terry Craft sold Lawn South. I have been trying to meet with someone about my lawn for many weeks but they will never call back. Customer Service is non-existent. No one even answers the phone. On top of that, they seem to have killed my grass over the last year. If they fix this, I will update.

We've been in our house for 17 years this summer and had a plan to make the backyard nice when we moved in. Then we got a dog, now the dog is 16, and we called April she came out and had an original idea, that gave use of our entire area (townhouse backyard) and gave the dog some space. Now our only problem is, we don't want to leave the patio. Thanks April to you and your team. Attached are a before and after couple after pictures.
