Highly recommended! I called initially to just have a few broken doors and drawers fixed and we ended up turning our kitchen into the centerpiece of the home. KTU provided numerous affordable options and it was too hard to pass up. Big shout out to Chad, Zeffrey, Skyler, Jonah, and the KTU staff for being some of the friendliest, knowledgeable, and flexible people to work with.
Nikki and Jonah were very timely, considerate of protecting home, communicated very well and project done according to plan. The warranty items were addressed in a timely manner. We are very happy with results. After the work finished, a walk through with owner was to be scheduled, but never happened. After several attempts to schedule this no one ever returned my calls. This is disappointing since everything else went well. Maybe the Owner will see this and follow through. Thank you
Jonah and Skyler did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinet placement. We have also really enjoyed any communication with Chad and Lori and others at the office. Very easy to communicate with and great customer service. We have had a nightmare of a kitchen remodel (per our unfinished ceiling paint), but they made this part easy and fun.
Very pleased with the process and results of our kitchen cabinet updates. From our initial consultation with Chad, working with the project manager Zeffery to our craftsman Jonah the experience has been excellent. Chad did a great job of designing the kitchen cabinet project. Jonah and Skyler did a wonderful job of installation. Great customer service with text messages notifying me if they were going to be a few minutes late as well as thank you treats at the end of each day of installation. I highly recommend them.
