Great experience working with Kitchen Saver. From our initial meeting with Jonathan, to the measuring with Joe and the installation with Josey, all were great to work with! It was amazing watching the process and Josey is truly a jack of all trades from doing the electric for the under counter lighting to all the fine construction details. Quality workmanship! Our kitchen is beautiful! The installation was faster than expected, and he was a very hard worker with excellent skills and craftsmanship. The customer service was also excellent. An exceptional job.
Kitchen Saver, I feel, is one of the few businesses where the customer really matters. They are meticulous, professional and well trained on their positions as well as cordial and polite. I originally gave Kitchen Saver a 5 star review. Since the original installation February 2025 they have been back 3 times to replace doors. About 3 weeks after the cabinets were installed I noticed the miter corners started to separate. The local people were very helpful. By the last time they were here I was so frustrated I asked to be compensated for a year of frustration and disappointment I was told by their corporate office that they would not compensate me or fix or replace any more doors or drawers. Since Kitchen Savers installation a few years ago, a drawer wasn’t closing properly and a door was fitting too tight toward the other door. After a call to them Tony stopped by today and quickly fixed the items…
