Bottom line - Kitchen Saver is a scam. We live in the Harrisburg area. We thought we were getting an updated kitchen that looked more modern and luxurious. What we got was cheap and simple. We went from drown moulding to cheap plastic moulding. They ruined my floor while doing the renovation and only offered $500 for the damage. There is a scratch on my refrigerator now too. Our experience with KitchenSaver, from the point of sales thru installation could not have been better. We could not be happier with the results as the finished product is simply beautiful. I now I have my new kitchen cabinets installed from Kitchen Saver and what an amazing difference.! Although it took two months from signing on to finished installation was two months it was worth the wait! Actual installation only took three days. My sales rep was there for me with any questions or concerns I had in the meantime while waiting. Everything was installed as promised, and the professionalism of the installers was impressive. We had our kitchen done by Kitchen Saver over a year ago. Noticed some marks on the edge of the cabinet. Also a an issue with caulking, and blemish in countertop. Shane Smith was the representative who completed the repair work. Shane went above and beyond in making the necessary repairs. He went out of his way to insure everything in cabinets were functioning properly. He was very conscientious.
Company was very professional and I am extremely pleased with the final product. It only took 3 1/2 days to retrofit a large kitchen. Minimal dirt and dust. The installer was top-notch.
