The experience we had with Kitchen Crate was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We had a great discussion on the concept of what we were looking for with Sam and our designer. Richard and his team did a great job communicating with us throughout the remodel and were quick to address any questions or concerns. We really appreciated the daily updates and their ability to meet deadlines. Highly recommended!

Working with Kitchen & Bath Crate (Salida, CA) was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From our first call with Makenna, to the in-home consultation with Sam, and all the way through the build with Brian and the crew, we felt supported every step of the way. Kitchen & Bath Crate did a great job replacing our bathtub/shower combo and shower. The crew cleaned up well at the end of each day. They came within a week to touch up on the work that was originally done. Communication was good throughout, with the exception of one incident. The glass installation company showed up but we weren't notified beforehand. It worked out. We are satisfied with the products and service.

We recently completed a full master suite remodel along with a shower replacement in our secondary bathroom. There are many choices when selecting a contractor, but we chose Kitchen & Bath Crate because of their strong reviews, the impressive photo gallery on their website, and the fact that they complete most, if not all, of the work without subcontractors, which gave us added confidence throughout the process.
