We’ve waited four months from job completion to write this review. Part was busyness but we also knew that there would be “touch up” things that would need to be done and we wanted to see how kitchen & bath CRATE would be with after completion service. After living in our home for 15 years we decided to remodel the Master Bathroom. We used KBCrate after seeing several neighbors remodels. Best decision, the entire process was professional with employees starting on time and working efficiently. Richard our project manager informed us each evening what to expect the next day. Kitchen & Bath CRATE was by far the BEST company I have ever worked with. From the beginning they were all polite and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of Scott helping me with my in-home quote. I honestly was nervous because I thought the quote was going to be absurdly high. I thought this because of how detail oriented they were. Kitchen and Bath Crate did an excellent job on our bathroom. All the design and trades people were helpful, friendly, professional and good at what they did. They were very clean and respectful. Richard Parks, the Project Manager, was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the remodel. We would definitely recommend them.
