Nate was our installer for our tub to shower conversion. Nate covered the entire area that he would be walking through. As he was working he kept us informed as to what he was doing or about to do. He was very professional and did a marvelous job on the install. When he was done with the job he called us in to show us how everything worked by demonstrating. Couldn't recommend a better company. The level of professionalism and dedication to their work is next level. The project consultant sent for my initial visit was so informative and walked me through the process with such ease. The installers laid drop cloths everywhere they went in my home for protection and they were so polite. They finished the work on my walk in shower in 1 day. I couldn't have had a better experience!
Love this company. My shower has never been more spacious and comfortable! These people know what they are doing. Worth the price for the warranty, expert installation, and the help I received. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their shower, bath tub, etc. Had my install completed fast too!
Is it Five Star Improvements of Syracuse, or is it Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Syracuse? The latter is what you'll get if calling the number associated with this "business". I use that term loosely because it has all the earmarks of a scam operation. No idea where they found my number, but they will not stop calling.
