Clean, fast, professional. Quality work. Easy to work with. The wood decking showing was replaced and painted. Beams were cleaned and painted. Gutter was replaced and installed better than before. 1 1/2” of foam added for insulation that’s installed so you don’t know it’s there. Flat, to the edges and flush at the transition to the roof. This was a one day job for them. Painting and gutters were done the next week. Most of the trash was gone by the first day. Istueta roofing sent sn inspector to my home to survey roof damage and normal wear and tear. They were able to provide a quick summary of the damages and the estimated cost. The entire process was very quick, the roof work was done in a short period of time and the staff was very professional. I had questions during the process and the owner address my questions quickly and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend their services and workmanship.
