We had a nice experience with Istueta Roofing. Anthony Rivas came out and explained our options to us and we were happy with the service and pricing. They installed a solar air vent. We would recommend them.

Great company with excellent customer service. Josh Elenberg was a pleasure to work with - extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I recently responded to a flyer from Istueta roofing and requested a quote to replace my barrel tile roof in Coral Gables. I was fortunate that Fernando Tolon was the responding Specialist. I was very pleased with Fernando's insight, knowledge and professionalism. I appreciated his help and the options he presented. He was also well informed on historical preservation requirements of the City. Overall a good experience.

The shorter review version will be: "Stay Away from this company". We hired this company to replace our roof seven months ago (July, 2025). Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication throughout the process has been awful, promises were repeatedly made and not fulfilled, and commitments were ignored. They got the permit from the city in about a month (Aug, 2025), in my opinion, because they did not follow the appropriate steps to submit it. After multiples attempts... read more
