Clean, fast, professional. Quality work. Easy to work with. The wood decking showing was replaced and painted. Beams were cleaned and painted. Gutter was replaced and installed better than before. 1 1/2” of foam added for insulation that’s installed so you don’t know it’s there. Flat, to the edges and flush at the transition to the roof. This was a one day job for them. Painting and gutters were done the next week. Most of the trash was gone by the first day. Such a delight doing business with such an efficient and professional roofer as Istueta Roofing. From arrival to finish the work was done meticulously including clean up after completion. Questions and/telephone calls were answered immediately and staff was considerate and respectful.
I replaced my whole roof with Istueta roofing and i can say that they work very efficient and the actual installation process was done fast to my surprise. The installers were very professional and the roof looks perfect. I’m very happy with the outcome of my roof replacement.
