This is for maintenance/service visit. Service manager/estimator visited first to assess what job required. He explained what he found what would follow to complete issues found. Service technician showed up in time in date promised. He explained what was involved and how long it would take. He completed efficiently, no mess and everything working well when he left. Very professional service. This was first maintenance/service after 10+ years of use. Very happy with the product and after sales service.
HomeTech replaced some old windows with some new ones in our building and everything they did was done professionally and expertly. The entire experience with them was positive. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Home Tech is less than satisfactory. I saw their mailer and decided to give them a chance as I need a window replaced in my house. I was told of the $120 inspection fee and agreed to that. The guy showed up on time and took what seemed like a very long time to measure one window and a screen. I suspect he wanted to ensure the $120 fee wasn't complained about given that is was about a 5-10 minute job. We placed an order worth about ****** for three new doors in our home and had issues with two out of three. We also had issues with customer service. First, the sales person: he pitches discounts if a 5 star review is left for him, and considers your heritage when offering discounts. If you aren't Ukrainian, and you are not writing a 5 star review in front of him, you may not be getting one.
