Window Depot of Youngstown has been nothing short of amazing, starting with my salesman, Alex. He was very thorough and even showed me a design I didn’t think I would like—turns out, I absolutely loved it. Rich and his team were wonderful; they completed my walk-in shower in just two days and cleaned up after themselves. It looks beautiful!

The installation crew for my luxury shower were amazing. I can’t say enough how wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient they were. I absolutely love my new walk-in shower!
The team friendly but also were very efficient and got the job done quickly. We appreciated them also being very careful bringing in the supplies- including lifting the very heavy tool cart on wheels up over the threshold door not to damage anything. They brought sufficient blankets to cover areas where they worked and also the pathway to the outside door. Everything was cleaned up and carried out before they left. We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower!
I love my new shower. Rich and his team were fantastic. They were efficient, professional and I was impressed by their attention to detail. They kept me informed on every step of the installation and took the time to show and explain to me the work they were doing as they progressed. I would definitely recommend them snd use them for future projects.
