After hearing good reports about Hi-Tech, I decided to have them replace all the 25+ windows in my home. I'm happy to say that Hi-Tech hit the "High" Mark. Bill Chase and his team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend HiTech! We love our replacement windows and are extremely satisfied with the service we were provided. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and communicative. Sometimes, working with contractors isn't always easy, but with HiTech, it was a breeze. Their cost was reasonable, and the quality of their work is top notch. I appreciated that they consider small jobs, too.
I had new windows, siding and gutter ls installed on my house 8/2025. This company did an amazing job. They were on time everyday, they cleaned up everyday. We hired HiTech to replace some siding on my porch that I knew was bad (had a hole from a ladder that fell, plus I was aware of a little wood damage under a small panel beside the door. I called for an estimate, they were quick in responding, and the estimate was fair (had others higher, and a couple around the same price).
