From start to finish Bill Chase and his Hi-Tech Window company provided excellent customer service, expert installation and a superior window with a great price. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Bill and his team.
Hi-Tech replaced all three of our storm doors just in time for winter. They took care to make sure everything was properly set, level, and sealed, and even took time to clean-up evidence of earlier (messier) installations by the previous owners/installers. Not only do our new storm doors look beautiful and work well, but the difference in performance between how well the old doors worked (in terms of keeping the cold air out) is absolutely stunning. We're really pleased we used Hi-Tech before this winter arrived.
Absolutely would recommend Hi-Tech when considering a window replacement project. We met with the owner (Bill Chase), had a great conversation about what we were looking for in new windows, and what we hoped to accomplish within our budget. From the first visit to the end of the job was so easy and comfortable. Installed the brand I wanted and there was NO trying to change my mind to another product….it was so easy and so perfect. VERY HAPPY from start to finish! The best price and install and warranty you could ask for. And they thanked ME! They sent me a very touching gift and message! I am happy to share my experience with the job done by Hi-Tech Windows and Siding. After meeting with several contractors for a siding project who failed to show up or provide quotes it was great to meet with Bill to quote the job. The quote was ready to review days later.
