Really great company to work with. Denver came out to assess & see what I needed done. He was on time, polite & very thorough. He explained everything to me, from what was wrong to how they fix it & how long it would take. He went over financing & how much my payments would be. The team I had was over the top. Great people to deal with, Did our crawlspace (new sill plate) and vapor barrier, installed new dehumidifier and entry well. Did a great job. **** was very good to work with and communicate on all parts of repairs. Trust them on any future repairs,
Unacceptable scheduling, communication and follow-ups as required. My experience with scheduling for my required follow up was a nightmare. I had to keep calling the company only to get passed around. My appointment was today at 9 am with a 2 hour window with a no show or phone call. I have been calling all morning & just now spoke with ***, and he passed me to someone named **** who may come out, however cannot tell me a timeframe, therefore I have to sit and wait to see if he shows up.
