We were very satisfied with Global Home Improvement for our window replacement . We wanted Marvin windows and thru my research I found this company . Patrick Butler- a representative came to our house with information on the windows - explained how they would be installed and answered all our questions. I had a very positive experience with Global Home Improvement. Their customer service was excellent, starting from the initial sales consultation all the way through to the completion of the installation. The installers were not only prompt and courteous but also displayed a high level of knowledge about their work. Furthermore, they maintained a neat and tidy work area throughout the entire project. I definitely recommend Global Home Improvement!
Our new windows are absolutely gorgeous. The workers were super considerate and respectful. The job was done in a timely fashion. And everything was perfectly clean when they were done. We did have one minor question.And they quickly sent someone out to address our concern. Everything is now absolutely perfect. Sometimes getting someone to come out to address your concern is just as important as their original service.
We have been using Global for over 25 years. They have installed metal roofing on 3 homes for us and replacement windows on one home. Their work is top quality. The work crews are focused, diligent, and rarely take a break. The work site is well cleaned at the end of each day - this was especially important since we have 2 dogs that use the yard. Pricing is always a negotiation, but I feel that we got a fair price and I know the job was well done.
We needed to get a new roof a little over 2 years ago and found Global mainly because we were looking to install a metal roof. Maury was our salesperson and he did an excellent job making sure we understood everything about the project and getting us the best deal possible.
