We were very satisfied with Global Home Improvement for our window replacement . We wanted Marvin windows and thru my research I found this company . Patrick Butler- a representative came to our house with information on the windows - explained how they would be installed and answered all our questions. The windows came in sooner than I thought and were installed in 2 days. We also had a sliding glass door installed . We needed to get a new roof a little over 2 years ago and found Global mainly because we were looking to install a metal roof. Maury was our salesperson and he did an excellent job making sure we understood everything about the project and getting us the best deal possible. The team who came and did the roof were true artisans and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Global to anyone looking to put on a new roof, especially a metal one. They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. The installers were very efficient and highly professional. We also love the fact that they were not pushy when it comes to sells. They also respected our ideas and choices and provided us with honest constructive feedback. Global Home Improvement Recognition of a Metal Roof project done with Excellence. Background - I have a neighbor adjacent to my property on a joining street. We love the way our home looks! Several of our neighbors have complimented us on how beautiful our home looks. Every step of the process was professionally handled. We got siding, new roof and a window replaced. The crews and Project Managers were super nice and very skilled! All trash and debris were removed. We are very happy!
