We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work delivered so far. This project has been ongoing for nearly a year and is still not complete. Although we are being told that the structure is complete, the overall condition and numerous pending issues do not reflect a finished or satisfactory job. One of the glass ceiling panels is still missing, and just five minutes of rain caused water to leak inside from multiple corners of the glasshouse. This is completely unacceptable.
