We recently had Four Seasons Sunroom install new glass panes for the sunroom that connects directly to our living room, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home. They explained the process clearly and kept us updated throughout the installation. 3/28/25 update: Service is well below expectation. I’ve been waiting for screen repairs for 6 months and the local office has apparently ghosted me. Great product with less than desirable repair service. The Four Seasons Liferoom Deluxe was the ideal addition to our backyard. We love all the features like the mister for summer and the heaters for winter. We enjoy this space all year. Of course the best part are the mobile screens. Thank you Four Seasons for such a great product that’s perfect for south Texas.
Our Liferoom turned out well however was built with zero grading so it's a lake inside the structure for 1-2 days after it rains. The misting system stopped working almost immediately after it was finished. We've been absolutely ghosted on service. It's impossible to get a live person on the phone or a reply to any emails.
My work hired with this company and they just installed a louvered pergola for my house! Even in the heat of Texas I’m not cooking under this glass, love the upgrade!
Horrible service, unprofessional, you will be paying a lot for a project to take 7 months to be completed ( if you are lucky). Corporate is just as horrible and does not do anything to help Update: Installation was done incorrectly and glass almost fell on my toddler but thankfully I was there to stop it (pregnant woman mind you). They are lucky we are not suing.
