At first I was happy with this company... I was promised some roof repairs after signing up for their kare club, however I've been waiting on them to schedule it for a month and despite calling multiple times and being promised multiple callbacks from the employee and his manager I'm starting to feel scammed as I am paying a monthly fee and being ghosted for said repairs. I am one call away from contacting the better business bureau and canceling my payments with them
We were very pleased with the work that was done! The whole process from the initial contact through the completion of project was excellent. The job (skylight replacement) was completed on time at cost quoted in pretty poor weather! Gage and the rest of the team did a great job.Thx again.
We recently just had our roof done. And talk about customer service. From start to finish, with Charlie, Deanna, and the gentleman that came out to do the inspection. Everything was explained throughly. The pricing was good and broken down in a very understanding manner. I can not thank this company enough, for being patient with us.
