Rich and his assistant Kevin were phenomenal. He called to let me know when he arrived. They were on time and polite. They addressed all of our issues and provided solutions immediately. I am impressed by them both and will request them if I need help in the future. Thanks, Rich and Kevin!
Loved working with Kanga. They were very fast and thorough. We had them do repairs in the past and chose them for the full replacement.
Updated from 2-5 stars since they have improved communications and resolved the issue. I appreciate them taking accountability and smoothing things over. We recently just had our roof done. And talk about customer service. From start to finish, with Charlie, Deanna, and the gentleman that came out to do the inspection. Everything was explained throughly. The pricing was good and broken down in a very understanding manner. I can not thank this company enough, for being patient with us. We had a family emergency that came up, and also because of our work schedule, it took a moment to do the final inspection. No one hounded us.
