Horrible first impression! I called to schedule an inspection and estimate for repairs. Their receptionist is rude, nasty, uneducated - very unprofessional. Completely destroyed my interest in working with Kanga as customer is incredibly important and there are hundreds of roofing companies in the area to choose from.
They came out and gave us a quote for 3,300 (which we signed, but was not given a copy) to repair our garage roof. Only to wait 3 weeks for them to call, not to schedule a time, but tell us it is now going to be $4,600. Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of our time and not standing by your word.
